The villa that Felicia reserved for us was very spacious, our family of 5 adults did not get in each others way, the swimming pool and games room were alot of fun.  The home was in great condition and very well located. We would recommend any time.

On April 17, 2008, my family and I stayed at one of your villas in Emerald Island. We departed on the 20th. We had a great time and the house was just perfect. For sure, I will be using your villas again next year.  My grandson has told me he wants to go back to the same house for his birthday next year.  He is five and just loved the house.  Thanks again and have a great day.

Dear Jessica,

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful vacation my family and I had.  Thank you very much for helping me with our first vacation house rental.  I was worried about renting a private home as I had never had the experience before-but it worked out perfectly.  And the close proximity to Disney was great.  I was even able to bring my younger kids home for their naps and meet my husband back at the park!   We are home now, but very tired!  Thanks for all your help.  We might be coming back in a few months with the in-laws.

Earlier this month my family and I decided to spend a couple of weeks in the Orlando, Fl area and as a result I went onto the Internet to make inquiries. We probably received close to 100 responses. Our needs were specific but it seemed most of the respondents didn’t understand or care as many offers were unacceptable.
 
I heard from Felicia Coquyt, of Holiday Vacation Homes, who quickly recognized what we were looking for and came through with flying colors. I was most impressed with her enthusiasm and willingness to work with me. Felicia found us a beautiful home in Kissimmee where we spent two weeks. During our stay Felicia not only telephoned to make sure we were happy but also visited us on two occasions to follow up.
