Your credit card will be charged upon confirmation. 

Policies and Terms:

A $100.00 deposit is required to secure and confirm the reservation; balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date. The $100.00 Deposit is refundable within 30 days advance notice of Cancellation, less $50.00 Cancellation Fee.  No Show or a Cancellation 15 nights or sooner prior to arrival WILL result in a charge for the entire cost of rental. 

All cancellations must be advised in writing. 

No show WILL result in a charge for the entire cost of rental. Wherever possible, changes to the booking made will be accommodate.  It will be by availability and according to the rates.  The property confirmed by this notice will be granted access to the guest stated above; unless an unexpected should arise.In the event that the property reserved by the guest stated in this confirmation, undergoes environmental problems; technical malfunctions; or availability conflicts, the said guest whose name appears above will be placed in a different property of the same characteristics. 

Security Deposit:

We require $300.00 security deposit, at the time of check in. This is against any loss or damage ocurring at the property during your stay. The bond will be returned (after an inspection of the property on the departure date ) within seven (7) days. In the event of any damage that is caused by yourselves in excess of $300.00; we will look to you for full reinbursement of the outstanding amount within seven (7) days. 

* A stay of less than 5 nights incurs a cleaning fee charge of:

$75 + tax (3 bedroom home)
$85 + tax (4 bedroom home)
$105 + tax (5 bedroom home)
$125 + tax (6 bedroom home) 

Extra and Supplements 

Pool Heat: $35 per day + tax
Crib and High Chair: $25 +tax/week
Starter food Pack: $40
Starter Supplies Pack: $30 

 

The balance due will be paid via debit card; credit card; money order or certified check 30 days prior the arrival date.

Add 13% tax at the rate per night. 

Add 3% for all credit card transactions.

Check-in: 4:00pm
Check-out: 10:00am 

Directions to the property you have rented and code to the key lockbox will be emailed to you 5 days prior to your arrival.
