What If I need to cancel?


A $100.00 deposit is required when you make your reservation; the balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date.  The $100.00 Deposit is refundable within 30 days of the date of the reservation, less a $50.00 Cancellation Fee.

No Show or a Cancellation 30 nights or sooner prior to arrival WILL result in a charge for the entire cost of rental. If there is to be a conflict with your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

How do I pay for my rental?


A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your home when you make your reservation.  The balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date, via credit card.

 

When is check-in and check-out time?


Check-in is at 4:00 PM. 

Check -out time is 10AM

An early check-in can be arranged if the property is available.  However, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.  If an early check-in must be guaranteed, you will need to book for the previous night. 

 

What are your office hours?


Our office is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday; however check-in is available 24 hours a day.  You may make a reservation at any time by clicking "Book It Now!"

 

Do you allow smoking in your Orlando Vacation Rentals?


All of our properties are non-smoking.  If you enjoy tobacco, in consideration of future guests, we request that you enjoy it either outside or on the screened patio. 

 

Is my home cleaned each day?


Our Vacation Homes are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.  For your convenience, the home does have a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, vacuum.

A mid-stay clean can be arranged for a fee.  However, this must be booked at the time of the booking or prior to arrival.

 

Is there anything that is not provided?


Unlike a hotel, we do not have a supplies closet just down the hall, so we are unable to provide the small "consumable" items that are necessary.  This would include things like dishwashing soap, hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, spices, coffee, sugar, cream, even toilet paper.  Usually, the previous guest has left you with a starter supply that you will, most likely, add to and then leave a bit behind for the next guest to begin their stay with. 

You may want to pack a little starter kit with these items in case the home is fresh out.

We can provide a small Welcome Kit for a small charge.  Please ask about it when you make your reservation.
